Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Executive Chef to lead the culinary division in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
This role functions as the Production Manager for the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring all outlets and banquet operations deliver exceptional quality, strong hygiene standards, and commercial performance, while operating efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across outlets and banquets, ensuring consistent quality and brand standards
- Function as Production Manager for the Food & Beverage Department, driving efficiency and profitability
- Ensure the highest food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and brand requirements
- Drive sustainable and responsible sourcing, working with approved suppliers to support quality, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility
- Control food costs through effective menu engineering, portion control, and waste reduction
- Manage kitchen budgets, forecasting, and inventory controls
- Develop, coach, and inspire culinary teams, fostering creativity and professional growth
- Collaborate closely with F&B leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and dining experiences
