Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 30,000 and above

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Finance to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You must have strong leadership ability and hands on experience managing end to end finance operations in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to support senior management decision making.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead and develop the finance team with a focus on performance and accountability.
• Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the annual budgeting process aligned with business objectives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiencies.
• Support senior management with financial planning, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and staff settlements.
• Work on Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system for financial control and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• CA or similar professional qualification is required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Experience in the catering sector is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership, decision making, and communication skills.
• Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system.
• Locally available candidates with transferable visa are preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
