We're building an apparel eCommerce platform for all Egyptians, direct from local factories with prices & quality people love. In the first 3 months, we served 1,000 customers across Egypt and we're scaling our operations in the next few months.
Role Objective: Drive additional sales channels through social media channels, micro-influencers, online sellers and affiliates marketing channels to drive additional online & offline revenue streams for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales growth across social media through creators, micro-influencers, and UGC partners.
- Build and manage an affiliate network of small online sellers, offering them ongoing support, incentives, and training.
- Develop weekly campaigns that drive traffic and conversions to Cloud Fashion’s platform.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new social sellers to expand product reach and revenue.
- Lead offline marketing events, partnerships & activations to build awareness and drive additional sales channels.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in social media sales, social commerce or affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to manage creators and online sellers independently.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience tracking performance and optimizing campaigns for sales growth.
