Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The agent will handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests, resolve customer issues efficiently, provide service information, escalate complex issues as needed, and maintain accurate customer records. This role requires consistent communication and collaboration with customers across multiple languages to ensure high-quality assistance and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in at least two languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both
- Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data entry and using support tools or CRM software
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in communications, business, or a related field is an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules as necessary
