Architectural Finishing Engineer

Experience: 5 Years
Location: 6th of October City

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all architectural finishing works on site according to drawings and specifications.

Follow up on finishing items such as plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, wood and aluminum works.

Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth execution.

Review and approve materials and samples in compliance with project specifications.

Prepare quantity take-offs, subcontractor invoices, and progress reports.

Ensure work is executed according to quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedule.

Report progress and technical issues to project management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishing works.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution methods.

Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure and solve site-related problems.
