Job Description

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service environments.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
