Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.
