Job Description

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models and visualizations for shading systems, pergolas, tents, and outdoor structures.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Prepare high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Create technical drawings and construction documents to support the implementation of designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements and provide design recommendations.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients, engineers, and project managers.
• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control for all design assets.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architectural visualization and outdoor shading solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in 3D architectural design and visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit. 
• Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience preparing technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D architectural design and visualization work.
