Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Technical Support role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Technical Support professional will handle customer inquiries, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include resolving technical problems, providing expert support, and analyzing customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve software or system-related issues effectively
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist users and ensure a high-quality support experience
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate and diagnose technical challenges and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
Familiarity with financial technology or electronic payment systems is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
