• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets.

• Drive revenue growth through strategic B2B sales of HR & Training solutions.

• Own the sales pipeline and ensure high-quality deal flow.

• Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.

• Work closely with leadership on expansion and scaling plans.
