Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, with some opportunities for remote work. As a Customer Support professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting challenges in a timely manner. Tasks include managing inbound calls and emails, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support. You will also contribute to improving support processes and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address customer inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and experience in managing customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency in technical tools, troubleshooting software issues, and process optimization.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in other languages is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
