ACTIVE Integration, a leading company in light current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.), is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Senior Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

*The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities within target sectors
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • + 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ELV/light current systems
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
