Job Description

  • Manage and operate daily business processes on Odoo ERP across relevant modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and HR, based on business needs.
  • Act as the main liaison between internal users and the IT team or external Odoo service providers.
  • Log, track, and follow up on system issues, change requests, and enhancements until closure.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the system.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure proper system usage.
  • Train new employees on Odoo modules according to departmental requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports and monitor key operational KPIs.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Document internal procedures, workflows, and best practices related to Odoo usage.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of practical experience using Odoo ERP within a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems and ERP platforms.
  • Ability to analyze system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data Import/Export is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
  • Basic understanding of Odoo configurations or system customization is an advantage.
