Cold Caller (US Market)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market
  • Present the company’s products or services clearly and professionally
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and customer needs
  • Handle objections and respond to inquiries confidently
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate call logs and updates on CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested prospects when needed
  • Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets


Requirements

  • Fluent English-speaking ability
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working according to US time zones
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
