Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across all BESS systems during design, execution, and commissioning phases.
• Support EPC project teams in engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors on technical clarifications and system integration.
• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and as-built drawings.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in BESS, power systems, or energy storage projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of battery systems, PCS, EMS, and grid integration.
• Proven experience in EPC project execution and commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prior exposure to utility-scale or large renewable projects is a strong plus.
• GCC / Middle East experience is desirable.
