Role Description

This full-time Technical Engineer (Woodworks) role is based on-site in Anshas , EL-Sharkia , Egypt. The role involves interpreting technical designs and drawings to develop accurate woodwork production plans, overseeing wood production to ensure adherence to technical specifications, and collaborating with teams for optimal quality control. Responsibilities also include providing solutions to design discrepancies, maintaining compliance with sustainability standards, coordinating with suppliers for high-quality materials, and ensuring timely delivery of production outcomes aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in woodwork fabrication, interpretation of technical drawings, and familiarity with design-to-delivery processes.
• Knowledge in quality control processes, material sourcing, and sustainability practices related to woodworks.
• Proficiency in CAD software, wood processing systems, and other relevant engineering tools for technical engineering.
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines efficiently.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) or equivalent woodwork-related qualifications.
• Prior experience in complex woodwork or similar projects, preferably in the construction or manufacturing fields.
