Job Description

 

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for LV & MV electrical panels and power distribution solutions.
  • Promote and sell ONA Electric Industries manufactured electrical panels and systems to contractors, consultants, developers, and EPCs.
  • Identify sales opportunities from ongoing and upcoming projects and follow up until order confirmation.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, project scope, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and offers.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and site visits to support sales activities.
  • Support customers throughout the full sales cycle, including negotiation, order placement, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating delivery timelines and addressing technical or commercial issues.
  • Technical & Coordination Responsibilities
  • Provide basic technical consultation related to LV & MV panels and power distribution systems.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure offers are technically compliant and deliverable.
  • Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
  • Participate in technical clarifications and negotiations with clients when required.
  • Follow up on payments, delivery status, and customer feedback in coordination with internal teams.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical sales within the electrical industry.
  • Good understanding of LV & MV electrical panels, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and project-based clients.
  • Familiarity with BOQs, technical specifications, and project sales processes.
  • Good command of English.

 

Skills Required

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain electrical solutions clearly and practically.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to conduct client visits, site visits, and attend meetings.
