Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products in the warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and accessibility.
- Prepare and stage materials for production and shipment according to established schedules and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, including proper handling of non-ferrous metals.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and productivity.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation for inventory movements, shipments, and returns.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling and recording inventory.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
