he Operations Specialist in the Export Sales Department is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of export sales orders by coordinating documentation, logistics, and internal workflows. The role supports sales activities and ensures compliance with international trade requirements.

• Coordinate export sales operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Prepare and review export documentation (contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues related to export orders.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an export department is required.
• Proven experience in export operations or international trade.
• Solid understanding of export procedures and documentation.
