Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building email campaigns, configuring journeys, integrating with other platforms, implementing best practices for campaign automation, and resolving technical challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and achieve marketing goals is an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing, Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile, Studio, Advertising

Studio), AMPscript,

• SQL, HTML, CSS, APIs
• Develop and optimize the Marketing Cloud Journeys.

• Support internal teams in executing the campaigns.

• Create personalized campaigns using AMPscript & SQL

• Manage segmentation, targeting and automation workflows.

• Integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales/Service/Education Clouds and external apps.

• Build dashboards and campaign performance reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported in Marketing Cloud.

• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/Mobile Studio etc.

• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript., REST APIs.

• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Engagement Specialist, Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer preferred.
