Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Store Manager role. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales. Key duties include maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Store Manager will lead team training, foster effective communication, and ensure the store's overall performance aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and Store Management skills, with experience in managing daily retail operations
• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver excellent shopping experiences
• Effective Communication skills to manage teams, as well as interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention methods to protect store assets and minimize inventory shrinkage
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus
