Job Purpose

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Marketing and Communications Analyst to support with researching and analysing market and industry trends and support with developing communication strategies for our clients, as well as for CID internal initiatives, that are driven by insights and innovation. The candidate will also be involved in the implementation of client deliverables while supporting client engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and collect information as it pertains to the various clients/projects/sectors of operations.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations in client-deliverables in marketing and communications
  • Attend client/project meetings and develop minutes of meetings and ensure they are relayed to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support in implementing project and client deliverables across a diverse set of tasks
  • Support with supplier management, including taking suppliers through a procurement process and coordinating with them to ensure quality delivery in a timely manner. Suppliers may include but are not limited to photographers, videographers, social media agencies, etc.
  • Support in identifying potential business development opportunities with current clients
  • Design and develop presentations to support with client delivery and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to be able to deliver to multi-disciplinary projects
  • Develop various reports to showcase the impact of deliverables and initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • BA or B.Sc. in Communications, IMC, Journalism, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Excellent computer skills with working experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyse data and identify patterns and trends
  • Highly collaborative individual and a team player
  • Strong presentation skills
