Job Description

Role PurposeThe Marketing Operations & Budgeting Officer ensures that our marketing is actually happening.It’s where marcoms operations run effectively, efficiently, and in time.  The role involves monitoring the budget, support campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement, maintaining the right spending. Building the right business vendors, and manage vendor coordination, managing events and ground activations. Key Responsibilities Budgeting & FinancialsMonitor marketing budgets across initiatives.Track spending across campaigns, events, vendors, and events.Prepare cost reports, billing, payments, through spending dashboards.Ensure alignment with marcoms and finance.Vendor & Partner ManagementManage relations with marketing vendors, agencies, production partners, & media suppliers.Evaluate proposals, cost, and deliverables.Support contract & invoicing coordination with Finance.Activations & Ground ActivitiesManage and execute all groud activations.Prepare annual schedule of all relevant activities, forums, conferences, & exhibitions taking placeManage bookings, fabrications, productions, and people to run events and activationsManage sponsorships and collaborations.  Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.2-3 years experience in marketing operations, budgeting, and eventsGood in MS office, reportting, and dashboards Marketing operations & governance mindsetStrong analytical, financial planning & reporting capabilityVendor & procurement coordinationStructured, organized, and process-drivenHigh accountability & ownership
