Job Description

Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for user support and training.
