 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate position located in Giza. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, managing sales transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Product Knowledge and understanding of store offerings

Experience in Retail Sales and effective Sales techniques

Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse customer base

Exceptional Customer Service skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
