A Design Architect is responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that align with client needs, regulatory standards, and aesthetic goals. They play a key role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of buildings and spaces, from initial sketches to final construction documents.

Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.

· Support in concept development, design presentations, and documentation.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

· Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Research building codes, sustainability practices, and innovative materials.

· Participate in client meetings and contribute to design discussions.

Qualifications:

· 2/4 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

· Strong drafting and visualization skills.

· Attention to detail and creativity.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Time management and organizational skills.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
