Best Grid is a geosynthetics solutions provider based in Abu Dhabi, serving infrastructure projects across the UAE and wider Middle East region. We're looking for a geotechnical engineer to strengthen our technical capabilities and support our growing project portfolio.

In this role, you'll be the engineering backbone behind our commercial operations. Our clients , contractors, consultants, and government entities rely on us not just for products, but for sound technical guidance. You'll help them navigate challenges like weak subgrades, heavy traffic loads, and value engineering requirements using our range of geogrids, geocells, and geotextiles.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing pavement designs using AASHTO-93 and mechanistic-empirical methodologies

Preparing technical reports, design calculations, and verification documents for client submissions

Evaluating project specifications and recommending
