COMMOVA is a Dubai-based creative content agency producing viral-optimized short-form content for brands. We shoot primarily on iPhone and deliver high-volume Reels/TikToks with modern pacing, strong hooks, and clean storytelling.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and reliable short-form editor who understands retention and can consistently deliver polished 15–30 second edits for Reels and TikTok.

What you’ll be editing

• 15–30 sec Reels/TikToks (organic, viral-optimized)
• Food, lifestyle, and service businesses
• Mostly iPhone footage + occasional professional camera footage

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, tight pacing, and clean transitions
• Add on-brand captions/subtitles (Arabic + English is a plus)
• Sound selection that fits GCC/MENA audiences and trend formats
• Deliver edits on schedule and handle revisions quickly when needed
• Maintain organized files, naming, and version control for smooth approvals
• Collaborate with our team on creative direction and performance feedback

Output Expectations (non-negotiable)

• Consistent weekly output (high volume) based on client load
• Typical turnaround: 24–48 hours per batch
• Ability to revise same-day when required

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok) with a clear portfolio
• Bilingual: Arabic + English (must be able to create accurate captions/subtitles in both)
• Proven short-form editing experience (Reels/TikTok)
• Strong sense of retention, pacing, hooks, and trend formats
• Proficiency in CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut (any is fine)
• Reliable internet + ability to work independently and hit deadlines
• Organized workflow (file naming, versioning, exports for IG/TikTok)
• Portfolio showing short-form edits (required)
