About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated (Business Development Representative) to join our growing team at Arex group, a leading corporate legal company with clients across Europe and the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of finding and engaging new clients in the corporate legal industry.

You must be confident in reaching out via phone, LinkedIn, and email — knowing exactly how to start conversations that turn into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and handle phone calls with potential clients to introduce Arex services and build relationships.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
• Research and qualify companies that may require software outsourcing or remote engineering teams.
• Build and maintain a personal network of leads and potential customers in the IT and software markets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports including KPIs and opportunity status.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong experience dealing directly with clients — from first contact to closing discovery calls.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing daily outreach targets independently.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated weekly.
• Number of discovery calls scheduled per month.
• Conversion rate from lead → opportunity.
