We are looking for driven individuals to join us as we scale our operations and redefine the standards of the smoked meat industry.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an aspiring talented Chef, based in Somabay, Safaga, Redsea , Egypt. The Head Chef will oversee mass production kitchen and food truck operations, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers. The Head Chef will also train and supervise staff, ensuring teamwork and efficiency in food service operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and train kitchen staff effectively
  • Proficiency in inventory management, sourcing ingredients, and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and health regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead a dynamic team
  • Culinary degree or equivalent work experience as a chef in a professional setting
  • Experience in managing diverse cuisines or high-volume operations is a plus
