Dunes Construction Hiring a Finishing Engineer
Location: El Sheikh Zayed City – Waslet Dahshour Site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
About the Role:
Dunes Constructions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to join its site team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing and supervising architectural finishing works, ensuring high-quality execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role requires strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all architectural finishing works on site (plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, woodworks, aluminum, etc.).
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and approve samples in coordination with the consultant.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve technical issues related to finishing works.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and report any delays.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, site reports, and assist in preparing interim payments and handover documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural
- 6–8 years of proven experience in finishing works for residential, commercial, or administrative projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and team management skills.
