We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our food manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for developing new food products, improving existing recipes, and managing the product development process from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development from idea to launch
- Improve and optimize existing food products
- Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and marketing teams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Food Industry / FMCG
- Strong knowledge of product development and formulation
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
