✨ Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Partnership & Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, activating partnerships, and delivering personalized campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to maintain accurate partner and user data
Design and execute CRM campaigns aimed at activating and re-engaging inactive users
Segment users and partners to deliver targeted communications and personalized offers
Monitor user behavior, engagement metrics and conversion rates, and translate insights into action plans
Support the onboarding and activation of new partnerships to ensure smooth and timely launch
Develop and execute partner activation plans to maximize engagement and performance
Follow up with partners to ensure alignment, visibility and continuous value creation
Track partnership KPIs and prepare performance and activation reports
Support the development of co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives with partners
Required Qualifications:
Has minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, CRM, or marketing
Is data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and convert insights into action
Has strong communication and relationship management skills
Can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
