Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing the proposal development process to ensure professional and timely submissions. Day-to-day tasks include writing proposals, responding to RFPs, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and developing strategies for successful submissions. The role also involves managing deadlines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all submissions align with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
• Knowledge of responding to and managing RFPs
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Project Management techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, science or a related field
• Quality control field is a plus
