main responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, site visits, and referrals.

-Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable real estate options.

-Present, promote, and sell residential and/ commercial projects.

-Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during site visits.

-Negotiate prices, payment plans, and closing terms to maximize sales.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

- Achieve target

Qualifications:

- bachelor's degree .

- must be resident in Giza.

- experience at lease one year to 2 years in real estate field is a Must.

- Expeience commercial in zayed & October is a must.
