✨ Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Partnership & Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, activating partnerships, and delivering personalized campaigns that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to maintain accurate partner and user data

• Design and execute CRM campaigns aimed at activating and re-engaging inactive users
• Segment users and partners to deliver targeted communications and personalized offers
• Monitor user behavior, engagement metrics and conversion rates, and translate insights into action plans
• Support the onboarding and activation of new partnerships to ensure smooth and timely launch
• Develop and execute partner activation plans to maximize engagement and performance
• Follow up with partners to ensure alignment, visibility and continuous value creation
• Track partnership KPIs and prepare performance and activation reports
• Support the development of co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives with partners

Required Qualifications:

• Has minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, CRM, or marketing
• Is data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and convert insights into action
• Has strong communication and relationship management skills
• Can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
