Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for remote work. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by leading a team, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include effectively managing and mentoring the sales team, providing superior customer service, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with finance teams to align company objectives with sales strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance Sales with a strong understanding of life and health insurance products
Proficiency in Insurance and Finance concepts and practices
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proven ability in Team Management, including coaching and motivating sales teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
