Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Job Location: Riyadh.
- Good command of English language (written & spoken).
- Eligible for Tamheer Program (fresh graduate, not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months, and has not benefited from Tamheer before).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Technical Skills & Systems
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems; training will be provided on Oracle Financial Modules.
- Will be trained to process transactions through Oracle AP & AR.
- Support generating financial reports from Oracle.
- Assist in maintaining vendor and customer data in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities – Oracle-Based Training
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Learn to process supplier invoices through Oracle AP module.
- Support invoice matching and verification in Oracle.
- Assist in vendor reconciliation and payment preparation.
- Participate in month-end AP closing activities.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Learn to issue customer invoices using Oracle AR module.
- Support recording collections and allocations.
- Assist in customer balance reconciliation.
- Coordinate with operations regarding billing entries.
Financial Reporting:
- Support extracting reports from Oracle for review.
- Assist in expense and revenue tracking.
- Participate in monthly closing support.
- Maintain accurate financial records under supervision.
