Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. The Learning and Development Consultant will assess organizational training needs, design and deliver educational programs, and collaborate with teams to enhance employee capabilities. The role involves developing and managing learning content, guiding instructional design, and providing tailored consulting services to improve performance and drive organizational success. Effective communication and strategic planning will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management techniques
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and the creation of engaging and effective learning materials
• Experience in Consulting and advisory roles to support organizational growth and performance
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster collaboration and effective knowledge sharing
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across different departments
• Prior experience in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project management skills
