Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Technical Proposal Writer. The Technical Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the proposal process, developing and writing technical proposals and responses to RFPs, and ensuring all proposal content aligns with company standards. The role involves collaborating with technical teams, conducting research, and creating clear and persuasive content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end technical proposal development process, from kickoff to final submission.
• Develop the technical proposal structure, mapping proposed solutions and projects to specific client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate and integrate content across planning, creative, execution, and pricing functions to ensure a cohesive proposal.
• Craft compelling and persuasive narratives that clearly articulate the value proposition.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and strict compliance with all technical requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in formal proposal writing and persuasive storytelling.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of requirements for both government and private sector tenders (RFPs/RFQs).
• Impeccable linguistic accuracy and attention to visual presentation, working in collaboration with the design team.
