 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a 3D Interior Designer located in Qesm El Maadi. The 3D Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing modern, functional interior spaces. Daily tasks include creating detailed construction drawings, space planning, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring designs align with clients' needs and specifications. Collaboration with architects and construction teams will also be required to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and a solid understanding of Architecture fundamentals

Experience in creating accurate and detailed Construction Drawings

Expertise in Interior Design, including conceptual and aesthetic design skills

Knowledge of FF&E specification and selection processes

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients

Proficient in 3D design software and related tools

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Previous experience in residential and commercial property design is a plus
