🔒 Key Requirements:
Avaya, Cisco, Contact Center, IVR scripting.Media gateways
• Extensive experience in the design, configuration, manage, upgrades and troubleshooting of Cisco VOIP networks including Call Managers, IM&P, UCCX, CUC, Voice Gateways, Cisco CUBE, Gatekeeper solutions Administration of Network Voice and IP Telephony Infrastructure (Cisco & AVAYA) .
• Experienced with Contact Center Solutions i.e. Avaya contact center, Imagicle (attendant console/IVR/Call Recording/Billing), Cloud Contact Center (Sprinkler), Genesys.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SIP based Video Conferencing Endpoints such as Cisco WebEx Room Devices and MTR devices.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in Avaya ACM, SMGR, SM, AADS and Media gateways
• Knowledge and Experience in managing & troubleshooting of session border controllers (Cisco CUBE, Ribbon etc.)
• Administration and troubleshooting of Cisco Expressways for B2B, MRA (Mobile & Remote Access).
• Configuration and administration of Microsoft Teams Voice Direct Routing.
• Work with external partners, vendors, and customers to clearly document and distribute FAQs for knowledge transfer and consistently accurate resolutions.
• Overall responsibility for the operation and security of the IP telephony environment.
• Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements for Telecom and Voice Network
• Perform gap analysis and implements steps for improving service quality
• Design and configure call routing, call flows, and voicemail systems.
• Configuration and administration of Contact Center IVR scripting.
• Administration of Cisco WebEx cloud-based SaaS.
• Managing and troubleshooting of Virtual Machines, Vmware, HyperFlex, UCS.
• Hands-on experience of Third-party Billing Server such as Imagicle.
• Configuring and troubleshooting of Analog devices such as ATA.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Preferred).
• CCNA & Voice Certifications, MS Teams Certifications.
