• Lead product development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, working closely with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Team management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable code.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with leadership, engineering, and design teams to understand the product vision and ensure alignment with technical execution.
• Strategic planning: Own the technical direction and development roadmap, ensuring that resources are properly allocated and timelines are met.
• Drive process improvements: Introduce best practices for code quality, scalability, and team efficiency, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and code review processes.
• Technical guidance: Provide leadership and make technical decisions on architecture, development, and design, including API strategies (REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL) and deployment processes (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Maintain clear communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and technical challenges to both internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability: Help design systems that can handle high-volume traffic and large-scale deployments.
