Business Operations Manager at TRAFFIX – Mobile LED Billboard

Advertising, reporting directly to the CEO.

1. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the mobile LED billboard fleet.

• Plan routes, coordinate permits, and ensure legal compliance.

• Supervise drivers and track fleet performance using KPIs.

• Execute advertising campaigns according to client contracts.

• Develop and implement SOPs to optimize operations.

• Monitor campaigns in real-time and report performance internally and externally.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to the CEO, including fleet performance,

campaign status, KPIs, and operational risks.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Media officers regarding advertising materials and campaign trials,

ensuring content accuracy, timely delivery, and successful execution.

• Align with Sales and Marketing teams to balance commitments and operational capacity.

• Manage operational risks, breakdowns, and emergencies to protect company reputation.

• Drive revenue by increasing fleet utilization, improving client retention, and offering premium

operational national packages.

2. KPIs & Performance Metrics

• Fleet: Utilization rate, downtime %, maintenance cost per truck, revenue per truck

• Drivers: On-time execution %, incident frequency, route compliance %

• Operations Team: Campaign launch accuracy %, issue resolution time, cost variance vs. budget,

client satisfaction & retention

3. Work Schedule

• Full-time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Compensation

• Monthly Salary: EGP 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Egyptian Pounds) per month.

Commission & Incentive Structure

• Shared Campaigns (Per Quarter): 1st Deal 5% | 2nd Deal 7% | 3rd Deal and above 10%

• Exclusive Campaign Bonuses: 1st Deal EGP 70,000 | 2nd Deal EGP 80,000 | 3rd+ EGP 90,000

• Renewals: 50% of the applicable commission applies to the base contract amount.

• Tax Treatment: Company may apply tax deductions if thresholds are exceeded.

• Scope: Applicable to every deal generated by the employee.

• Payment: Bank transfer, cash, or electronic payment as deemed suitable by TRAFFIX.

6. Confidentiality & NDA Clause

• Upon company acceptance after meetings, the employee must sign a separate Non-Disclosure

Agreement (NDA).

• The NDA covers all proprietary, operational, financial, technical, and strategic information related to

TRAFFIX.

• Failure to sign or comply may result in withdrawal of the offer or termination.
