🔹 Job Description:
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for Chillers and AHU, focusing on hands-on sales experience, preparing technical submittals, and participating in technical discussions with consultants and clients.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team and achieve sales targets for Chillers and AHU systems.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals for commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare technical submittals for tenders, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents.
- Participate in technical discussions with consultants and engineers on AHU design, performance, integration, and heat load calculations.
- Collaborate in MEP coordination, resolve technical queries, and support project handovers.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced HVAC certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC sales, including at least 3 years specifically in AHU/Chiller sales.
- Proven experience in preparing technical submittals, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents for tenders.

- Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and consultants.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and HVAC systems.
