🔹 Job Description:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for Chillers and AHU, focusing on hands-on sales experience, preparing technical submittals, and participating in technical discussions with consultants and clients.

🔹 Responsibilities:


  • Lead the sales team and achieve sales targets for Chillers and AHU systems.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Prepare technical submittals for tenders, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents.
  • Participate in technical discussions with consultants and engineers on AHU design, performance, integration, and heat load calculations.
  • Collaborate in MEP coordination, resolve technical queries, and support project handovers.

🔹 Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced HVAC certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC sales, including at least 3 years specifically in AHU/Chiller sales.
  • Proven experience in preparing technical submittals, including product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents for tenders.

  • Excellent communication skills with clients and consultants.
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of MEP coordination and HVAC systems.
