Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, supervising customer service representatives, analyzing service effectiveness, and developing strategies to improve customer interactions. While many tasks will be performed on-site, occasional remote work is permissible.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess service performance and implement improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns and implement solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in a customer service management role is an advantage
