Position: Facade BIM Modelers - BIM Modelers (Junior & Senior Levels)

Role Description

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models in accordance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Create accurate 3D models, drawings, schedules, and quantities using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support design development, shop drawing production, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain and update BIM content libraries and templates when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1- 2+ years of experience in a BIM-focused role (adjustable based on seniority).
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, or BIM 360 is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Position: Façade Engineer (Junior & Senior Levels)

Role Description

• Design, develop, and review façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and architectural envelopes.
• Prepare façade design drawings, details, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, BIM teams, and contractors to ensure design intent and constructability.
• Perform technical analysis, system optimization, and value engineering for façade solutions.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Have experience developing Facade Shop Drawings, MTO, GTO, Cutting lists, Fabrication orders on various software.
• Support construction stages through technical guidance and site coordination when required.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in façade engineering or building envelope design (experience level can be adjusted).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and performance requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and façade-related software is a plus.
• Good understanding of structural behavior, tolerances, and construction methods.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
