Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Call Center Supervisor. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing escalated issues, and implementing strategies to optimize operational productivity. The supervisor will collaborate with management to develop and meet performance goals, provide training to team members, and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service delivery standards.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify issues, evaluate performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, resolve escalations, and report to management effectively.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in call center operations and a proven leadership track record is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
