Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Qesm 1st Tanta. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently. The role will involve managing and mentoring a team, analyzing customer feedback to implement process improvements, and maintaining clear and effective communication with customers and team members. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer data and improve service delivery
  • Strong Communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
