Bausch+Lomb is hiring for National Sales Manager located in Egypt.

Objectives / Purpose of the Job:

Own national sales strategy and execution, lead the field organization, and deliver revenue, profitability, and market share in line with B&L objectives.

Enable cross‑functional alignment with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply to de‑risk launch timelines and ensure flawless execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
  • MBA or equivalent in Business/Management is a plus
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry In Egypt
  • At least 4 years in a National Sales Manager or equivalent senior role.
  • Experience in multinational pharma companies; Ophthalmology therapeutic areas is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and strong communication.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement national sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets. Monitor KPIs, ensure accurate forecasting, and optimize territory performance
  • Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop Distributor first-line managers and medical representatives and to Build high-performance teams and ensure succession planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :Align with marketing, medical, market access, and supply chain teams for integrated planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :Strengthen relationships with KOLs, healthcare institutions, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Market Analysis :Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity; provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to B&L policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
