Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer campaigns from conception to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the right talent, managing relationships, and ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI. You will act as the primary liaison between Socialit, our clients, and the creator community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals (brand awareness, conversion, etc.).
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit high-performing influencers and content creators across key platforms
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and usage rights to secure the best value for our clients.
  • Maintain a robust database of influencer contacts and build long-term relationships on behalf of Socialit.

Requirements

  • Experience: minimum 2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or PR, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop unique, engaging campaign concepts.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate confidently and maintain professional relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with a knack for handling multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
